Common Support Topics

You can reschedule your booking by logging into your account and accessing your appointments. For changes to your package or hospital selection, please contact our support team at least 72 hours before your scheduled procedure.

All invoices and receipts are available in your account dashboard under "My Bookings". You can also request a copy to be emailed to you from there.

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find the confirmation, contact our support team with your booking reference number (if available) or the email address used for booking.
